EDC President Keith Lund traveled with a Grand Forks delegation led by Mayor Mike Brown to 16th Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. While there, Gen Timothy Haugh briefed the group on how the United States Air Force defends the country in the information age.
