Our team is dedicated to the success of the Grand Forks region’s future. Our goal is to mobilize a variety of resources to help you and your business soar.

As President & CEO of the EDC, Lund works with partners to create an environment that supports business investment in agribusiness, UAS, manufacturing, and technology, and helps in regional efforts to address workforce challenges and enhance entrepreneurial support. Keith Lund Before joining the EDC in 2006, Lund was with the City of Grand Forks Urban Development office for nine years, managing housing programs and special projects and serving as the deputy director for two years. Lund has served as the president of the Economic Development Association of North Dakota, is chair of the North Dakota Public Finance Authority Advisory board, represents Grand Forks on the Red River Regional Council board of directors and serves on the Altru Health Foundation board.

As Director of Workforce Development, Becca oversees all EDC workforce recruitment and retention programs including the Greater Grand Forks: Way Cooler Than You Think! initiative, the Northern Valley Careers Expo, and InternGF, and she partners with other agencies for programs like Accelerate to Industry Find the Good Life.

She also gives her time to the CVIC as an on-call crisis advocate, the Community Foundation, the Grand Forks Air Force Base as an honorary commander, the Women’s Fund advisory committee, the International Economic Development Council Young Professional Advisory Committee, and her art business Damsel in Distressed.

As the Business Development Manager, Kevin Hatcher develops and implements strategies to support primary sector business recruitment and expansion in Grand Forks County. He will work with community leaders to attract new businesses and promote an environment that supports existing businesses in the region.

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, Mark coordinates strategic marketing and manages all internal and external communications with key stakeholders. He works to keep EDC members informed of organizational activities and continues to market the Grand Forks region as an exceptional place to grow and establish primary sector business. Mark Maliskey

Mark is actively involved in Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals serving as the Social Events Chair on the board of directors. In his free time, you can find Mark taking photos, crafting, or working on house projects. 

As Operations Manager, Bridget West analyzes, compiles, and presents information for economic development projects and proposals. She also handles all operational responsibilities for the EDC. Her background with Praxis Strategy Group and as a former intern of the EDC has also contributed to her success in our office. West is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, earning a degree in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and supply chain management.

She also interacts with the community in a number of ways, including serving as the President on the Evolve Grand Forks board of directors and founding In Color—a platform that educates community members about social justice issues through difficult conversations while also celebrating the people that make Grand Forks what it is.

As the Workforce Development Specialist, Brenna will assist and lead the efforts to carry out workforce programs like the Northern Valley Career Expo, InternGF, and Greater Grand Forks: Way Cooler than You Think! recruitment and retention initiative.

Originally from Thief River Falls Minnesota, she has become an active member in the Grand Forks community and has worked closely with the Empire and Firehall Theatre. Currently, she also serves on the board of directors for the Greater Grand Forks Community Theater. With her experience in collaborating with local businesses and community members, she is adept at building partnerships and creating valuable opportunities for the community.
