As President & CEO of the EDC, Lund works with partners to create an environment that supports business investment in agribusiness, UAS, manufacturing, and technology, and helps in regional efforts to address workforce challenges and enhance entrepreneurial support.

Before joining the EDC in 2006, Lund was with the City of Grand Forks Urban Development office for nine years, managing housing programs and special projects and serving as the deputy director for two years. Lund has served as the president of the Economic Development Association of North Dakota, is chair of the North Dakota Public Finance Authority Advisory board, represents Grand Forks on the Red River Regional Council board of directors and serves on the Altru Health Foundation board.
As Director of Economic Development, Becca oversees business development initiatives and workforce recruitment and retention programs, including the Greater Grand Forks: Way Cooler Than You Think! initiative, the Northern Valley Careers Expo, and InternGF, and she partners with other agencies for programs like Accelerate to Industry Find the Good Life.

She also gives her time to the CVIC as an on-call crisis advocate, the Community Foundation, the Women’s Fund advisory committee, the International Economic Development Council Young Professional Advisory Committee, and her art business Damsel in Distressed.
As the Business Development Manager, Kevin Hatcher develops and implements strategies to support primary sector business recruitment and expansion in Grand Forks County. He will work with community leaders to attract new businesses and promote an environment that supports existing businesses in the region.

In his free time, you can find Mark taking photos for his photography business, crafting, or working on house projects. Mark is actively involved in Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals and frequently attends social events.
As Administrative Manager, Ashley Decker analyzes, compiles, and presents information for economic development projects and proposals. She also handles all operational responsibilities for the EDC.
In her free time, you can find Ashley tending to her farm animals, writing poetry, or reading a book. Ashley is a self-published author, publishing "The Body is the Path" in 2025. Her book is an intimate collection of poetry and prose about what it means to be a real human being, not a glossy, perfected Instagram-worthy version.
Throughout her professional career, Ashley has been an entrepreneur, executive, and, most prominently, a leadership and peak performance coach. From coaching world-renowned business leaders to entrepreneurs starting a new business around the world, Ashley has a wide array of Administrative and operational skills.
