The Grand Forks Industrial Park is located along Interstate 29 in Grand Forks, with easy access to transportation infrastructure, including ground, rail and air. The University of North Dakota Research Foundation (UNDRF) was formed to assist the University of North Dakota to advance its research agenda, to commercialize its university innovations and discoveries, and to create economic opportunities for Grand Forks and the State of North Dakota. UNDRF works with UND to build successful and strategic partnerships between the university and private companies, resulting in mutual gains for each. Currently six companies representing four life sciences and advanced technologies clusters are designing research and office space that meet their needs. Most of the companies are coming from out of state to work with UND faculty on research projects or develop relationships for student intern programs. |

The Center for Innovation operates a technology incubator on the west end of the UND campus. Suites of offices, wetlabs, conference rooms and shared business services are just some of the amenities available.
The Grand Forks Growth Fund owns the Corporate Center, a downtown office building with three floors of 8500 sq. ft. each. The two upper floors are finished with flexible space while the street level floor may be finished to suit the tenant. |

The Brown Corporations Business Park is located on the west side of Interstate 29. The business park totals 110 acres and offers established or start-up companies’ warehouse facilities for production, storage, and distribution. Professional office space leasing in an administration building is also available. Shipping services are accessible via ground and air.
